Terms & Conditions

Last updated: April 2026

1. Booking Conditions

All massage therapy services must be booked in advance through our website or by phone. We require a valid credit card on file to secure your appointment. Your card will not be charged until after your session.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards, cash, and digital payments. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be transferred.

4. Health and Safety

Client safety is our priority. Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries before your session. Our therapists are licensed professionals and may refuse service if they deem it medically inappropriate.

5. Service Location

We provide mobile massage services to your home, office, or hotel within our service area. Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. You must provide a safe, clean, and quiet environment for the session.

6. Therapist Assignment

We assign therapists based on availability and your specific needs. While we strive to accommodate requests for specific therapists, we cannot guarantee availability. All therapists are licensed and insured.

7. Client Conduct

Clients must maintain professional conduct at all times. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or sexual advances will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will be required.

8. Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, your session time will be reduced to ensure the therapist can stay on schedule. Full payment for the scheduled session time is still required.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fresno County, California.

11. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
